Fan stays on after car is off.
My girlfriend has a '90 LX Accord, pushing close to 190k, whenever she turns off the car, the radiator fan (I believe) stays on from 1-10 minutes depending on the length of the trip. I'm thinking it's a bad relay with the fan, any idea on what it could be and what I could do to help her fix it? Car is 100% stock.
the only time mine ever did it is when i drove like 130 for about 30 miles. and that was because it ran way too hot. my new accord doesnt ever do it. i think its running to hot, i call a honda service place and ask

No, it is not normal or correct for the fan to run after the ignition switch is turned off. I've only worked on Hondas for over 20 years, what would I know. Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha
Most commonly the thermo switch in line of the top radiator hose is the failed part. Try unplugging it when the fault occurs to see if the fan shuts off.
Oh I almost forgot...Gen, Gen, Gen, Gen, Gen, Gen, thats so much more informative than year and model.

Hmmm. that really contributes a lot.
You should check the antifreeze level and add some cause it sounds like the car is not cooling sufficiently.

It is the start of silly season
Just to chime in with everyone else, it's perfectly normal. If it does not turn off after 10 - 15 minutes and leaves your car unstartable then it's an issue.

@ Honda Dude, I forgot to mention I've always been doing the work on my girlfriends car, but I couldn't figure out why the fan would always stay on. After reading these posts I read the stickers underneath the hood, it says it's perfectly normal. Bottom line, you need to find a new job, because your the last stupid **** mechanic I'd take my Honda to get worked on.
for posting a stupid comment.
for being a shitty mechanic. Die.
@ Old Skool, **** off.
@ everyone else, thanks for all the help guys!!!

JDM, I agree, that's perfectly normal and what you want your Honda to do when the temp calls for it - if it don't there is a problem. Total incompetence indeed. Scarry.
I had the same problem. It went into the shop and I was told that my radiator was going bad. My fan would stay on after the car was shut off. I had the radiator replaced and it never happened again...
