Cons? Bouncy ride!

Don't drive your car in the canyons or this will happen:

Good discussion on DC2 ITR suspension (including a claim that 14K rears are needed for high speed (140 MPH) braking, on page 3 by GK.

being cheap is one thing, but driving mountain roads with a spring rate like that scares me.

it's one thing to be at 14kg/mm on a track where the surface is relatively uniform and in good shape...but having driven up GMR once in my lifetime, i wouldn't be anywhere near that high for "canyon running."

track days aren't cheap, but dying is more expensive. be careful man.

yeah thx man, i dont go out to gmr or angeles or ortega, i got my own lil dirt path to take and its really smooth and no cliffs hahahaha....it is kinda scary when im at 12 in the front and 14k in the back with the same dampening but i found going more stiff on the lesser spring rate in the front to give me alot more FF control while the back retains its stiffness and also decreases its oversteer

I don't know how much help you are going to get in a RR/AX forum asking for suspension advice for a street car and openly admitting to using it for "canyon runs". My thoughts, the stock JIC dampers are probably under damped for 660/770lb spring rates. You are also GREATLY testing your limits of street tires too. Especially when you are flying around public roads. There's one thing in being a cheap ***, but don't make your "cheapassness" other people's problem by driving on public roads.

"my own dirt path" meaning "my own dirt path" and the dampers are flt2 rs not stock flt1 or flt2, valved and custom for the custom spring rate...and my lil dirt path doesnt have much dirt or bumps on it either...im just trying to give info into the car and what its used for...

So basically what you're telling me is you have your own closed course? Is that right?

Well sounds to me like someone already has their minds made up. SOoooo what exactly did you want an opinion on again?

If you think they are 'custom valved' and actually getting the spring rate you ordered then the vendor is blowing smoke up your ***.

Either way those rates are too much for the street, and you are a jackass for driving like an idiot on public roads.
