Lowering can cause axles to wear more quickly since they run at a more extreme angle. What is happening to your UCAs?

Changing control arms?! Why would you have to do that?

I don't know about 2nd gens, but on my 3rd gen I'm tucking 16" tires and my axles sit almost exactly parallel to the ground. There is no "extreme angle". The only thing that doesn't really look that great is the angle of my steering tie rods. But my car has been this low almost 3 years and over 80K miles and I've had no problems (nothing related to the drop, anyway).
