Trying to trouble shoot cooling system problem for my 98 accord 4cyl. It seems , I see some rust spots (couple of places ) on the front wavy grill section (not where the fans face the radiator). I have the following questions:

1. Is it time to replace the radiator ?

2. If I have to by a new radiator, any recommendations on cheapest and best one out in the marketplace ?

3. Can anyone spare the helms manual pics or tell prcoedureon how to take out the radiator. what tols would I require
