should be ok, it's gonna be hard to get your stock jack high enough to get the jackstands under the car though

I do it all the time. I'd rather use a real jack, but if I don't have one available, I use the stocker. I can't use a regular jack stand, I have to use those low ones, since the stock jack doesn't go high enough.

i dont think its safe to jack your car up with a stock trunk jack. those are there for appearance purposes only. they are not meant to use.

i cant believe someone asked this question

u can always use a book inbetween the car and the jack to add a lil bit of height... right?

Hey it's your life

personnally I don't trust that POS stock jack for anything more than holding up my trans when change motor mounts out ect.

With the front bumper off the costco arcan will lift up to 21in enough for me to slide my whole motor out under the car with no hoist

exactly why you dont use stock jack stand...... One of my friends almost got his head chopped off when a jack fell ..

I Hardly trust only two jackstands when i'm under a car... Getting crushed is no joke... never get under the car with a stock jack........maybe to get the Jack stands under, but thats it.
