Default Impossible to take out.

Is this part of the Crx impossible to take out? I wanted to take mines out but before i did, i went to pick n pull and tried it on the crx's there. HAHA and that **** is stuck and won't come out. I tried using a flat top screw driver and a hammer still didn't budge a bit. Wonder how do u take it off. The Hex screw on each side doesn't do a thing in trying to remove it. So HOW?

This is what i'm taking about.

Isn't that piece glass?

I've seen people put plexiglass there before...

1st off why would you want to take it off? 2ndly you have to take off all of the trim pieces by the glass, take a knife or razor blade and cut all of the adhesive that holds the glass on all the way around. and then there are two clips on the top of each corner.

Yes it can be removed but it is VERY HARD, take it to a professional glass place and have them do it just in case it breaks (which happens alot) it will be there fault.

i would like to know how to take it off because the person that owned the crx before I bought it painted that part with house paint??? LOL and it's white. So no more mirror seeing into the dash and front seats . ..

So that's why.!!!!
