b16 o2 sensor question

b16 o2 sensor question
i currently have a b16 with a stock ls header...i know b16s have two o2 sensors but how many does a the ls header have...do i need to make an extra hole for the second sensor...and does it hurt the car just to run one o2 sensor...i need answers please

SEARCH, this has been covered lots of times. right now Iam running 1 o2, when I was running both o2 my Vtec wouldnt engage for some reason on my 1gen B16. So I think that answered your question.
