clicking sound from fan
i just realized when i have my heat on....in the '1' position, SOMETIMES i hear some clicking sound....kinda like when u stick a peice of paper in a fan
what does this mean....it has only happened a few times but then goes away, if i increase the speed of the fan, the clickin also goes away

haha my car was just doing the same thing!!! LOL i was wondering as well...I just got back from lunch and while i was in the car the same **** was happening to me...it never has happened before neither...
there is very little clearance between the pass side fan blades and the engine mount, if your radiator slides back it will barely tap it occasionally
If you're really **** about it you can either shave off a couple milimeters of the fan blades or jam toothpicks into the circular mounts for the radiator up top to hold it back

The blower fan brushes wear w/ age and when they get worn near failure they are loose and tend to click more when fan runs. In final death throes, the motor won't start and you can thump the housing and motor will start. Motor is an easy DIY, although one screw is kinda challenging.
It could be trash in the fan housing, but that will be obvious when you remove the motor w/ fan.
good luck
