I took off the side mouldings on my car so i could get them painted....and i noticed that there was this tape/weatherstripping stuff between the doors and the mouldings. would i need to put new weatherstripping on there...or could i just put the mouldings back in without it? I really dont even know what it is. any one know what that stuff is?
