we just finished the swap, but can't seem to figure out where these two engine harness clips go.. i think one of them clips onto the black thing on the top of the IM shown in the 2nd pic, but no idea where the other would go

Im going to guess and say it plugs in under neath the manifold, its easiest to be under the car, and look straight up...but only one of them...dont know about the 2nd...take a look

what motor is this?

Can you tell us what colors the wires are?

I'm gonna guess that its going to be knock sensor if your car is vtec. If not that It might go on the back of the manifold. have you srated the car yet? if it idles funny it could be that one of the plus are a intake air bypass valve plug... on the back of the intake mani by the throttle body.

 

hmm good suggestions, ima go check it.

looks like you got a skunk2 manifold
if that is the case you will have extra plugs that you won't use, that were for the butterflies in the GSR manifold

 

well it turns out i think one of them went to the knock sensor (idk how we forgot to plug that in), but the other one i'm still sorta confused on.. it's too short to reach that plug on top of the IM (maybe it's for the butterflies dangsr suggested?) thanks for the quick replies

 

those look like the plugs for the iat(intkae air temperature) sensor and the iac valve.
