Default opinion on running a oil/tranny cooler

converting to 5-speed...i have a big *** tranny cooler mounted and i won't need it for cooling the auto tranny anymore (golly...i sure am going to miss the car shifting all by itself all slipping and **** and hitting the rev limiter). i am probably going to turn it into a oil cooler. do i need to put it between the oil pressure port at back of the block and the turbo feed? the cooler is mounted where the a/c condenser 'was'. will this be something worth taking the time to do and how much will it matter?

depends on the size of the tranny cooler you added. Most won't flow enough to keep engine happy.
