car won't start.alarm related
Last night, my alarm kept going on and off from 2:30am until 6:30 am. It would start chirping for about a minute then stop for a few minutes, then it would start chirping again. Tonight when I disarmed the car alarm, it beeped four times which meant that the alarm had been triggered. When i tried to start the car, my external siren starts going off and it prevents the car from starting. I have the auto paging clifford alarm with a back up battery siren combo. I also have a turbo timer hooked up but I don't think it's the turbo timer that is preventing my car from starting because the turbo timer lights up. Does anyone have experience with this and what can I do to start the car. If i press the switch the key inside the ignition, can i bypass the alarm? I really need to drive my car the next couple of days. By the way, I have two sirens and the main siren is inside the car; however, it's not the internal siren that is preventing the car from starting. It is actually teh external back up battery siren combo that is chirping and preventing my car from starting. Please help..thanks
I guess your neighbors hate you now for keeping them up
as for shutting it off or bypassing.... go back to the place that installed it.
And how are we supposed to know anything about your alarm, Even if you told us what make an model it would not help. sorry.
