10 at the biggest is my guess. You need 15's like on Rally cars.

 

10.3 i think...same as gsr.

 

they are 10.7 bigger than the gsr's

 

They are not bigger than GSR's.

GSR, LS/GS/RS, Civic EX (92-2k), Civic Si HB, and Civic SI (99-2k) are all the same size.

Some others too, but don't remember.

If you're not sure, check out http://www.powerslot.com and check the numbers.

I'll bet your SI takes part numbers PSL522 and PSR522, the rear is PSL308 & PSR308.

That must be a misprint. Personally I don't trust anything that SCC prints as hearsay.

When the powerslot website becomes available again, I'm sure you'll find that the GSR and SI are the exact same.

 

as far as i'm concerned the front rotors on the si and the gsr are the same. its the calipers that are different.

 

They ARE 10.3, same as the GSR. Why would a car that weighs less and has a slower motor have bigger brakes.

That's why I don't believe everything I read - magazines aren't the best source for good info.

 

I put 00 Si (front and rear) brakes into a 92 Hatchback - the fronts are 10.3 and the 00 is bigger than the 92. The rears appeared the same, not sure as the whole assembly swapped. Only the front hub (rotor and caliper) assembly swapped,

Either way, the calipers are still WAY too small, especially the rears. The car can't stop for ****. People can argue that the sucky stock rubber plays a large role in that, but tires don't stop the car, they are just a factor.

 

get better pads, i did, it made a world of difference. stock pads hot are as good as my Carbotech Panther Plus' cold
