There are quite a few EP3 running around with DC5 ITR Brembo. You'd want the full conversion for a USDM EP3, of course. Five lug hubs, calipers, and <u>axles</u>, but it works. 
There are quite a few people at HT who'd have the details of this. Jack Harris, the moderator and owner of P1 Auto, and Brian Wong, the parts factor, are two people who come immediately to mind.

For the price you would pay for the DC5R brembos, axles, hubs and other little things why not just go with the brembo GT40 set up. I have checked around and the dc5r brembos run like 2k.

Found some JDM 4 piston Brembo Brake Caliper, The caliper are in mint condition. Was taking off from a DC5 Type R, (include front caliper, front rotor, rear caliper.

I have the JDM brembos and that is nothing near what you need to make it work.
