I bought the type r lip off featherweight and it doesn't fit. I've tried everything he told me to do and it still doesn't fit. It seems like he's banned from Honda-tech for some reason and he's not replying to his aim or email. Has anyone bought this lip off of him and had any fitting problems? He keeps on saying that i'm installing it wrong and that he's sold a bunch of them. Not sure if i'm installing it wrong but if anyone that lives near Salinas, CA think they can come help me install the lip? I'm not trying to make this guy look bad, I just want him to either replace this lip or send me back my money.

Story:

Well I recieved the lip about 3 weeks ago. When it came, it was folded up to fit into the shipping box which left back two fold marks on the lip. I ended up using a blow dryer to heat it up and try and straighten it back up. It helped, but you can still see where the bends were. Well that wasn't really the problem, the next day i go out and test fit the lip. I had my brother hold one side while I held the other and tried to fit it. It didn't fit, it was almost an inch off. I then instant messaged FeatherWeight telling him my problem and he told me to leave it out in the sun. So i go and do that, and it still doesn't fit. Now it seems like he's banned from Honda-tech so he's not replying even to his email and aim. Not sure if he's gone but is aim screenname is always online.
