Umm . . . nothing is going to "tuck" at stock ride height. On the contrary - gigantinormous wheels at stock height will jack your car up and leave it looking like an overgrown roller skate with 4x4 ground clearance.
17" wheels appear far too big on 4th-gen Civics; they just look distasteful. 16" have a much cleaner look and are more proportional to the rest of the car.
15" wheels of course are the best of all - clean, proportional to the car, wheels are cheap and plentiful, wheel selection is great, tires are cheap and plentiful, and tire selection is great. 90% of Honda-Tech agrees, too.

Lol...Ok so... if i were to get 15's to maintain proportion should get some coilovers to drop from stock height?
The problem is like you said, "over grown rollerskate" but i suppose i havent seen enough pics of 15's on 4g4d's to really get a good idea of said proportions.
do you know where i can find some?

do your car a favor and dont rice it out like every other 17 year old kid. 17 inch wheels look gay as hell on hondas. get some 15 which are lighter weight and look better. but seriously sooo many people who have rice boy wheels get their **** keyed around here. and some times i cant blame the keyers lol.

Agreed, Even if it is riced out they dont deserve to have someone destroy it

Def stick with 15s or 16s most! 17s are way to big.
