I can't tell that much from the picture, but just for parts you would need 2 front fenders, hood, radiator, front rad support, bumper, miscellaneous fasteners, and airbags. That assumes there is no frame damage, no suspension issues, etc. I would guess if you did it all yourself you could do it for $2,500 to 3,000 (including paint for the front).

thats not that bad... thats ready for new look the JDM ITR front end.. just do it yourself, and if u need something to get welded just go to the nearest mufller shop and just pay em $50 bucks and u all set... im thinkin youll end up paying $1800 - $2000 to fix that...
airbags (x2) $800 a piece
front fenders (L&R) $125-150 a piece (Keystone automotive)
hood ?
paint? & clear coat and other stuff?
labor ???
total =aprox around and no more than $1000-$2000.
also if you look up LKQ salvage yards in a search engine and get parts from them i bet you cost will be reduced by a pretty good chunck vs. ACURA dealership.
thats just a penny for your thoughts

It could still have a clean title, salvage title is not automatically issued just because a car was in an accident. If the person who crashed it is selling it privately, it could still very well be a 'clean' title.
I doubt it's a clean title unless the person only had liability and is trying to recoup money lost from an accident. Odds are it is someone who bought it from an insurance auction as a salvage title.
