b16/b18 oil pan.
my oil drain thread is messed up.
whats the best way to fix it without replacing the oil pan.
should i use a bigger plug? but eventually that one will wear out as well....
any suggestions would be apreciated, its leaking like a **** right now.
and if i would have to replace the oil pan, can i use the LS non vtec oil pan on a b16?
or i have to use the vtec oil pan?
i am sure this topic was covered before, so excuse me for reasking.
thanks alot guys.

i fixed one of my friends leaky oil pan drain plug by put n a liberal amount of hondabond sealant around the bolt. stopped the leak! this will work unless the threads on the oil pan are really messed up
threads are really messed up man...
i cant even tighten the plug.
i put plumbing tape around it, but it wont hold for long.
have you guys heard of a HELIX coil?
would that help?
