FS: full complete working b18a longblock, 113k miles
First and foremost--will ship anything and everything, but buyer pays shipping. Prices listed are pickup prices, all shipping charges are on top of what's shown.
that said....
OBD-I distributor, ignitor and coil 1 year old; cap/rotor 4 months old -- $150
Complete longblock minus distributor: $350, you pick it up.
Complete longblock with distributor: $450, you pick it up.
Engine will be coming out of car this weekend (04 December, 2004). What does the "complete longblock" include, you ask?
Top end: TB, IM, Injectors, fuel rail, valve cover, complete head w/cams & valvetrain, exhaust manifold.
Bottom end: Pistons, rods, crankshaft, windage tray, oil pickup, oil pan, flywheel (stock), Exedy organic clutch with about 20k miles on it (properly broken in).
Selling points on the engine:
-Purchased at 60k miles from a woman in her 50's. Although I can't for certain give an absolute bombproof guarantee she never raced it, the odds are in favor of it not having been raced. I personally never raced it--it's a bone stock honda 1.8L non-vtec engine. what the hell am I gonna beat--a radio flyer?
-Water pump, timing belt, and tensioner were changed at 90k miles by certified acura tech.
-New valve seals installed and valve adjustment completed about 2k miles ago.
-Oil changed every 2500-3000 miles with Quaker State Higher Mileage engine and genuine Honda filters.
TRANSMISSION IS NOT FOR SALE, SO PLEASE DON'T ASK.
---------------------------------
I also have:
2 other sets of LS pistons and rods. Make offers.
2 sets of DA front calipers. Make offers.
90-01 Integra Koyo OE Radiator, 10k miles. Make offers.
14" steelies with tires and hubcaps. Tires are all-season goodyear eagles, bought at sam's club with paperwork. One is brand spanking new, the other 3 are still in such condition that the sam's road hazard warranty will allow free replacement with no proration for at least another 2k-3k miles. 60k mile warranty. $200 firm, you pick 'em up. Tires would run you at least 250 new, not counting price of wheels.
----------------------------------
Should the longblock get parted out, here are the prices:
Bottom end (block, crank, rods, pistons, clutch, flywheel) = $250, you pick it up.
Top end (complete head, intake manifold, throttle body, valve cover, NO DISTRIBUTOR) = $100, you pick it up
Either half, with distributor = add $100 ($350 for bottom w/distributor, $200 for head w/distributor).

everything's still available, mainly because the guy interested in the shortblock stopped contacting me. *shrug*
regardless, here's a quick photo of the head:

accepting reasonable offers on everything. please remember, shipping for the entire longblock won't be cheap, so keep that in mind.
