quick rear defrost/tint question...
I have a tint job on the rear, it seems like a quality job, nice and dark, no bubbles, painted dot matrix. I was wondering if using the rear defrost would cause it to bubble/peel/look like ****? It's getting to be the time of year when I'll need to use it...thanks!
No problems with my R or any previous car I had. My Jetta had a sticky defrost button too, it was on all day everyday for the 1+ years I owned the car. I never had a bubble or any problem.
my 93 accord had a tint from the previous owner and it never had a problem. my R had a tint from the previous owner and it never had a problem either.

As long as there aren't bubbles at installation time, you'll be fine. I've had this tint on my R for 7 years and no problems along the defroster lines. 3 years in Texas, 4 in Chicago.
