Just ride the flat spots out. Depending on how bad they are, will determine the amount of time for them to go away. But, they will go away. Just get ready to deal with the "thump, thump, thump"

ummmm....no. You want to take that thing in for alignment. It means that your tires are probally a little out of balance and your car is out of alignment. You will wear out tires faster and you will wear out your suspension and loose handling ability. DO not try to drive it out. It'll only make the flat spots worse, the ride bumpier and harder on your car (and your butt).
