Accord or GSR Winter Tires/Wheels for ITR
Hi. I am in serious need for winter tires for my R. Would
wheels/tires from a 2000 accord ( 205-65-15 ) fit my car?
How about wheel/tires from a GSR? (is the gsr 4 or five lug?)
Thanks.

No. The outer diameter is too big (8.7 percent larger than stock). Besides, with winter tires, you really don't want tires that are wider than stock, either. On snow and ice, narrower is better.

The wheels won't fit because the GS-R is 4 lug. The tires may fit as long as they are for 15" wheels, although you would still have to put them on different (5-lug) wheels. (The winter tires on my GS-R are 185/65-14 on 14-inch steel wheels, so they won't fit on the ITR which needs 15-inch wheels.)

GSR == 4 lug.
CRV Steelies work. I bought my snow tires used off of a guy with an S2000. Keep your eyes out for a used set in the classifieds... not sure what other models (Prelude/Accord, some years) also have the same offset and clear the brakes.
205/65 R15 isn't ideal (too tall), it would be 2 inches taller than stock all around. Not sure if that would clear everything (suspension, wheel well).
(EDIT: Yeah, what Ken said.)

Heh, illegal in a lot of places.
My dad used to rock them on his Civic CVCC though.
Cellular, modular, interactive-odular!
