Default 90 LS with a 96 or 98 LS motor

my buddy and I swapped in a obd2 motor into my 90LS, so it kinda runs funny (this maybe multiple reasons), but we did add a:

sk2 intake mani
gude tb
fuel rail
FPR
4-2-1 header
adj cam gears

and we put on new water pump, timing belt, tensioner, clutch, flywheel, etc.....

so anyways, we were thinking bout getting a obd0 to obd2 converter from http://www.locashracing.com and getting a obd2 ecu

what do you think? it might help?

let me know your opinion...

Need some more details about how it runs funny to have much of an opinion. was it tuned to make use of the cam gears and FPR? What ECU, dist, and injectors are you using?
