You might want to check eGay for the lowering bones.

I don't think the tail piece will bolt right up, but might fit with modification. You might have to do some electrical work too since the 929 rear light is a bulb type while the 954 are LEDs.

your gonna have to swap the whole rear section, sub-frame and all - including both seats, tail light, under-tail, bla bla bla

full exhaust you should be good. The only difference on the 929/954 is where the exhaust cannister mounts. I bought a stocker 954 titanium can for my 929 but that stupid cone thing needed to be hacked off to mount the 954 can. So i dumped the whole stocker and put on a hindle high mount.

On a side note, I dont think you would be able to bolt a 954 sub frame onto the 929. If i am not mistaken doesnt the 954 have 3 bolts per side holding it to the frame where the 929 has two per side?

Invest in a seat cause the 929 seats suck. <Just got my sargent seat and loving it....>

I think the rear seat on the 954 is a little different. If you look at the rear seat from the front i want to say it is not flat across like the 929. Look at the shape of the solo seat covers made for them. I think it is shaped like this. well maybe not that boxy, but you get the idea.....

edit okay that pic i drew in ascii didnt come out very well....

I tried to check the part #'s but ron ayers doesnt have 929 or 954 listed.

Look at this pic though, Even if they have the same part number the front bottom edge of the 954 seat is shaped different to match the contour of the tail........

I am going to try and pickup a scratched 954 tail off ebay and see if I can make it fit....
