Ok so lately my 91 civic has been starting odd lately...ya know how we gotta push down the clutch to start our cars right?...well is there a relay/switch and or sensor that can go bad?...cuz tonight my car wouldnt start unless i really jammed the clutch pedal in hard...any ideas anyone?

check at the top of your clutch you will see a sensor/ plug type thing make sure the connection is good

 

ok thanks ill check it out tomorrow, right its to dark and to cols and my garage has snow moblie parts everywhere, hehe canadian winters

 

u mite need a new main relay, located under the left side of the dash

 

If you had problems with it... I know someone who wired that sensor into a dash switch, and it worked too. Might be a bit easier than qiring it back to the pedal. Great amateur theft deterrent.
