Help Removing Windshield Wipers 1991 Honda Accord

Okay I know this is easy but I just can't get it. How do you remove the blade unit from the arm. I can get it unclipped but cannot get it off the arm. Can anyone help, I have read everything but just can't do it.

Tried and tried it will not come off there must be something I am missing.

Push the tab and pull towards the shaft. If its like mine its a long J shaped hook, just wiggle it a bunch.
