That motor has the UDSM exhaust manifold on it, did they come like that from Japan?

 

Very weird, car is RHD yet has a B18c"5", not a B18c?

Ummmm, I looked at the pictures in the link and plus the big print that says B18c5 surely gave it away.

 

the ad says C5.. but who knows what it is.

the manifold on the '96's were like that... correct?
(that one is different than the USDM)

It has the JDM valve cover...

As for the exhaust, learn something new all the time.

the jdm 96-97 R came with a 4-2-1 exhaust manifold

the 98+ spec R came with the 4-1

 

Look at the ABS module. Looks like a GSR but I might be wrong.

Anyone notice the redline is 8400? I thought JDM was 8900..

If it weren't so expensive and had the front intact, that thing would be on blocks in my driveway.

I may just buy it for the tail lights and valve cover

yea i think the price is too high. Even though it is JDM , but still.little bit of work needs to be done there. I would be tempted to get rid of some other toys i got to get that.

 

well, it does have recaros, wheels, 5 lug suspension, wing, rear hatch, cf interior pieces, steering wheel, shift ****(didn't notice if it was intact or not), doors.....

way more than $9500 worth of parts if you parted it out....

 

The only prob is trying to register it for street use. Damn im very tempted. If i didnt just get my house, I would be up in Jersey today picking it up.


Edit, i just saw some things missing , so it would cost a little more to fix. For like 6-7k maybe wouldnt be too bad

Way too much money,...and it looks like someones been wrenching on it. It's been on Ebay for like a Mo,...the guy keeps re-listing it.....I say it's worth about 6k....just my .002

This is correct..my 97 swap came with the same cast manifold that you all get/have with your usdm R's!

not really.. i would be you couldn't get more than 7-8k for everything..
