1994 Accord ignition
My car, 1994 Honda Accord LX 2.2 5spd, occasionally has a slightly rough idle. I have replaced the plugs and air filter. Also did the fuel filter last year. The car now has 167,000 mile on it. Up until about 120-130k, all of the scheduled dealer services were done by the previous owner. Since then, I have kept the car routinely maintained (i.e. oil, filter, plugs, etc). Cars runs great and the mileage is steadily in the low-30s around town and mid/high-30s on the highway. Perhaps I am in need of wires, cap, or rotor?
Wires and the cap might be the first thing you look at, but there are many things that could be causing this. It sounds like you are going in the right direction. Make sure that you do an ECU reset after the cap, rotor, or plug change. Also, if you are go to the trouble of doing a full injector cleaning, you should replace the fuel filter. I did this one myself in about 30 minutes.
If it still doesn't purr after this, maybe the motor mounts are just getting tired and letting in more vibration. Remember one thing about motor mounts though, you get what you pay for.
But also with a vehicle this old with this many miles on it isnt going to idle like a brand new one, so some rough idling can be expected. I hope I helped a little. Good luck.

Second what he said, only thing I'd add is run some SeaFoam through your oil and intake, then some 44K (buy at a dealorship) through the gas.
