92 civic rear wiper install
i did search this i got 3 topics none help... i have a 92 hatch and i want the wiper thing, it seems useful to me, and the added weight isnt that big. so anyone have a link or some pics on what to do with the wiring fuse stuff, the bolt the wiper to the rear window seems easy enof. thanks in advance.
anyone know what size the rear blade is? I've been too lazy to take it off & Autozone, and Oreilly's always say that their computers don't have any info about a rear wiper for any 92-95 civic hatch's...

You guys might find yourself having a very hard time with that. You'll have to change the stalk on the steering column, probably have to replace the body controller on back of the fuse box with one from a wiper-equipped hatch, in addition to changing whatever harnesses are in between or at least adding in all the wires. Tough task.
At that point you still won't have squirters in the back, if you want that you will have to change washer tanks to one that has 2 pumps in it, then wire that up too and run hose to the back.
I like my rear wiper on my 98, but the rear glass sticks out far and really gets filthy. My 94 hatch didn't have the wiper but I got along fine without it, it didn't catch nearly as much goo on it as the newer hatch does. To each their own, but seems like too much work.
