Default chiped uberdata/crome ready ECU...worth it?

it would be for my 92 integra.the mods are I/H/E...in a month its getting built with ITR pistons and the rest of the motor machined.....as of now the car runs bad...heres the info on the ecuNon-vtec b18a/b, b20, d-series motors.

Can be used in a 92-2000 vehicles.
96-00 vehicles will require a conversion harness to use the ecu.

I can burn a custom program onto this ecu with what ever revlimit/speed limit you like etc...

The program on it now is for a b18a/b:
8000 rpm revlimit
Custom fuel & timing maps

This ecu comes with a reprogramable atmel eprom, so it can be reprogramed as many times as needed & used with crome/uberdata etc.

Price: $150

will this help me?or will i eventualy need one in the future..? what would you do?

Not sure if I would do a p06 for that much though it's typically the same, I would offer around 115 no more than 125.00
