Same problem, went to dealer said it was a window motor (i smell a filthy stinking lie) and would cost about 500$
went to auto zone said it would be like 50$ for a new one
bought fuses for 60 cents and replaced them
that did the trick for a few months but now it died agian
i can usualy coax them into rolling up but not this time
any advice is welcome

its your switch...its a common problem on 5th gen accords....new ones will run you around $100+ from honda...so try to get one from a junk yard or from someone on HT parting out their car

Your problem sounds like a relay starting to bad, not an expert on this but thought I read about a guy having the same problem and replacing the relay fixed it. The motors do grow old as well and that can add resistance that will blow fuses.
For the original poster, like he said just bypass the wiring straight to the motor to get it up
