dc race header rattle (ceramic)
i have no idea which version i got, my friend purchased about two months ago..
the sound comes from where the cat use to be, and sometimes closer to the front of the car.. :X i just installed it yesterday and man.. i thought it would be better ;x

Well bro I had the same problem. ES MM might help a bit, but the problem is due to the header length is actually longer then the stock cat and header. What the new race header does is it push's the b-pipe. If you start your car and look under it(passenger side below the door) you will see the b-pipe rattling against the frame at times. It does this for some and not for others. You can either get the MM or try and see if getting longer rubber hangers to attach the header to can help. This will make you exhaust sit lower, but the bad part is it might hit **** on the road. It sucks about the noise but its an even trade off for the power you get.
