Driver side, lower engine mount, stuck! Help!

Driver side, lower engine mount, stuck! Help!
I'm replacing my Driver side lower engine mount because it is ripped! Anyways, I can't get it out. I took out the two 14mm and the big 19 mm and then, I tried lowering the engine by loosening the two 14mm on the top. But it doesn't lower.
Help.

Loosen, but do NOT fully remove the 2-3 bolts/nuts (Civic uses 3) on the upper motor mount.
Now smack the mount with a rubber hammer. Change lower mount.
