New header's for my DX hatch 98

New header's for my DX hatch 98
What Difference will Header's do for a Car??
I don't really kno much about cars but i happen to have a b16 98 hatch ..and im planning to get some ITR headers, but i don't really kno the benefits of the ITR headers vs my Stock ones. Any info will be well appreciated..thx dudes ^_^

And recently my Pistons were cracked and oil leaked thru my motor 
and im getting CTR pistons installed..soo..what else will that help?? thx again ^_^_^_^

ctr pistons will fit in your single cam dx motor?
