I know you guys are going to kill me over this one.. but i'll ask anyways because I need to know.
What are the gains expected or benefits from switching to a B16 Head on a B18C5 engine.. is it even beneficiary.. useful.. or harmful?
the head i want to pick up comes with
Dh-Racing Valves
4 Angle Valve Job
Diamond Milling/Resurfacing
Custom Diamond Milling
Glass Beaded Combustion Chambers
Glass Beaded Head (Entire Head)
Line Honed Cam Journals
Dual Valve Springs
Titanium Retainers
would I be expecting some decent gains from this head on my b18c5? or would I be expecting problems swapping the heads?

ok .. i will stick with the stock c5 head.. but what exactly should I do to the head to be able to run toda c cams... outside of dual valve springs and titanum retainers
the difference between just the 2 heads is the c5 had a mild p&p thats it but if you have a complete c5 head you have better im and cams so i say keep the c5 head and get a full p&p

I would strongly suggest running Toda valve springs with Toda cams, although people will tell you on this site that mixing and matching Rocket springs with Toda cams and Omni springs with Toda cams is OK, but im a firm believer in using the Toda valve springs with Toda cams because of the design of the Toda spring, companys dont this on their website for no reason.
*TECHNICAL NOTE
All TODA Racing camshafts must be tuned using TODA adjustable campulleys to attain maximum performance. Valve lash for all cams is 0.2mm cold. Spec B & C camshafts require TODA valve springs. For Spec A camshafts, the following Honda/Acura valvetrain components maybe used up to 8400rpm on both the intake and exhaust side.
