would an ls/gs intake fit a Type R motor (JDM b18c)

would a gsr intake fir a type R?

i know companies have them listed separetly, but what's different? does the bigger throttle body make one not work on another?

 

b16a, b18c5 (type R) same bolt pattern

b18a/b18b same bolt pattern

b18c(gsr) its own

I think thats right, Im sure you could search and find the rest out yourself, but thats just a quick post and guess.

Has NOTHING to do with the throttlebody (tb for short btw)

i think he's talking about INTAKE not the IM(intake manifold), which you are talking about. I believe that the LS/GS and type R intakes would be interchangable. the GSR would be on its own due to the different style of IM. correct me if i'm wrong...

Ive been posting about IM so much i just figured it was the Intake Manifold.... My bad lol

 

i gave a friend of mine a itr aem SRI and it fit his b18b ls fine.

gsr has a whole diff manifold so it wont fit.

gsr cant even get j's racing to fit without some hard *** workd
