hey what happens when you put an ecu from a 12 vavle car in a 16 vavle car

ok an old modle crx 12 vavle ecu in a 89 dx the crx is a 5 spd and the dx is a four speed with a 5 speed tran.

the air fuel mixture will obviously be off, how off im unsure, but cant be good.

How about you don't as it wont work (properly) due to the fact the electronic systems are somewhat (understatement) different between the first generation CRXs and the second.
