Default manual swap in the 94 dx

ok my 2dr dx is auto and i want to do the manual swap now...neone have a price range estimate on this???

well if your car is stock and you aren't to skilled with cars. then i would just sell it privatly and then buy a manual. if you are skilled, then go for it but it will be around $400-500.

i didn't even think that year dx came with auto

300-400....thats just for parts right?...the reason im askin this is because i went 2 my dads friend...and i was like well i want to change my car to manual...and he is a mechanic that we deal with a trust and he said well thats like 3 grand...and my jaw just dropped i was like WHAT?!?!

that dosent sound right... way to much cozmo wouldn't have done it if it was that much.
i know you trust the guy and all, but that sounds crazy lol.

exactly....thats y i was in shock when he said that...im like well there goes my plan of getting the H22 swap that is planned for spring break...im going to pm cozmo soon about this

shops will charge you around 1600=2000 parts and labor. But you can save a lot of money if you do it yourself. HIt me up i can get all the parts you need

If you need parts I have a 94 EX that I'm parting out, it got bagged and I havent been able to find all the parts needed to restore it. So as far as all the mechanicals all you have to do is take from mine and put on yours. Holla back f your interested.

They bagged body parts mostly (Hood, Fender, etc). also computer and gauges, Everything else is in tack, so tranny and all other hardware is available. Make me an offer either for the entire thing or just the parts you need. I'll be logged in all day. Holla back whenever.
