OT: Need a carfax on 94' LS
Hi guys, would really appreciate it of someone w/ carfax would run me a vin. I'm really looking into the car. I already searched to make sure nobody else ran it. Thanks a lot

Thanks a lot. Nice to know the car is clean on paper before I spend time to go check it out myself. BTW fuzz, if the car drives well I'll go after it w/ a fine toothed comb myself after the mechanic does his check. Carfax is just a hairball brush.

Carfax is not ACCURATE. I ran my girlfriend's accord on it, and it listed the car as accident free (meaning no accident). I know this isn't true because she got hit 2 seperate times, pretty bad damage too, $1000+ both times, we went through insurance both time but when I check the carfax report, it listed it as having no accidents.
Another case, I sold a Integra to one of my friends. I sold it to him at 80k miles, carfax listed the car as being sold at 81k miles, my friend had it smog check a year later, and the carfax report showed it smoged at 77k miles(*It was suppose to be 89k*) . I was like WTF??? I ask him about it and even the odometer was pass the 89k mark, so I knew carfax messed up.
So it's not totally accurate.

Hmmm, thanks for the info guys... I'll keep that in mind. But still, If it shows up bad on carfax then I know its really f*cked up.
