Default Broken motor mount ?

I was out w/ a friend of mine last night watching some street races, and while he was riding w/ me, he noticed that the car felt funny...(kinda like it umm how can i describe it...jerked/ lunge?? ....anyway) he said it may have a broken motor mount.

He mentioned getting polyurethane inserts... Has anyone here used them, and if so what are your comments on them. Are they harsh (do they make the car shake/rattle a lot) or are they smooth? How much are they, and are they easy to put in?? Any other comments welcome

Thankx
greg

I guess it depents if you get stiff mounts or softer ones. My friend has some polyurethane mounts in his CRX with his B18a, and they are stiff as hell.. When you start up the car the whole damn interior shakes! It's kinda cool though ,

just go get new ones from the dealer(stock ones)

If you got aftermarket mounts(Hasport) most have warranty on them
