Default VIS bodykit ***anybody ever own one ?***

Anybody here ever own a Vis Bodykit? if so how was the fitment and quality? I believe most if not all vis bodykits are fiberglass

I was thinking of getting the buddyclub front bumper by VIS but I don't know the quality of it. So do you guys have any friends with a VIS bodykit???

Also what would you do?

$100 for a brand new VIS buddyclub replica in fiberglass
or
$400 for a authentic JDM buddyclub front bumper in urethane
Both + paint

from my experience, vis actually makes a pretty decent product. i ordered a "mugen" body kit from vis and the packaging came in a nice big box and everything was wrapped in bubble wrap nicely. and here's how the kit fit on my friends prelude:

if you're going to get a body kit. i'd say go through VIS.

You're at a 50/50 shot at purchasing a body kit that even fits correctly.

I got a blitz body kit on my 99 eclipse and they gave me one for a 96 eclipse which is a little wider in the back and the placement of back up lights are different and it was a pain trying to put it on esp it was my first time putting a body kit on a car. After all the bitchin and complaning and all of my effort to bend the damn thing on to get it in place, I finally got it on and it looks great. Magically after paint the fiber glass body kit shrunk a little, I have no clue what happened but no it fits really good and flush with the rest of the body with no clearance and gaps at all. I say VIS does a great job in making their kits.

im pretty sure he doesnt know about the fitment, i didn't even mention it to him. in fact I just gave him the whole body kit after I test fitted it on my car. nevertheless, VIS gets an A- from me on the items i bought off them.
