what is more comfy USDM itr seats or gsr
I can get full sets of seats at cost price I know someone who works at acura. I have gsr now so should I get the type R seats. also is it worth for me to get itr cams if i plan on turbo or is it a waste of cash. thanks
so you think it worth it my A$$ on my seats now gets numb after a while how much is retail on the seat do you know the top of your head??
thanks
thanks
Well the ITR are seats are the same except GSR has leather and i'm not sure what the ITR has. Supposedly the ITR are a little softer to compensate for the stiffer ride. I personally love leather and would not give it up for cloth. However I'd throw my seats away if i had the chance to get Sparco Torinos or Recaro SRDs

i personally like my cloth seats better than the leather (i hate leather seats!) so i would pick the ITR seats

The leather Acura uses is garbage. My buddy's TL-S's seats started cracking after a month. So did my other friend's 00' GS-R. I still prefer cloth seats to cheap leather ones.
I would glady trade my cloth GSRs for a set of leather ones on any given day. My friend has leathers in his GSR and I absolutley love em. And because I can only dream of having enough money for SRDs or Torinos.
I have light tan leather with nice stitched wrinkkes and people always say the leather is nice as hell my friend claims he likes it more than the leather in his BMW.And the leather package also comes with the leather arm rest and vinle/leather door panels,my opionion it just makes the cockpit nicer inside. And as for the front people always tell the seat is comfortable,as for the rear there almost baby seats.
GSR and ITR seats are the same with exception of the skins used on them. The pads on the seats are the same part number.
If the cloth used on ITR seats make them more comfortable.. it's probably in your head.

had GSR seats. nice
sat in ITR seats. nicer.
bought Del Sol seats. best, and much less expensive too at $230 a pair!
bolted right up to my GSR seats rails, no modifications needed.
I do like ITR seat material but I dispise how all teg seats, US ITR included, have NO shoulder support compared to Del Sols, or most racing buckets and race/street recliners.

i guess sinking in is a good thing but getting out of the car will be a differant story. well I think I might get it do you know if the rear seats get rid of the plastic middle? if it does good.
The ITR seats are alcantara. The rear ITR seats still have the plastic tray but if you get the JDM seats they don't. After sitting in my seats and my friend's GSR seats, I have to say that I like my seats better.

what year del sol seats? and sorry but the pics are not working. are the read jdm seat red like the front I like the black and red stiching.
the reason the ITR seats feel bette ris because they bolster and hold the body better because suade has a grip to it vs leather which is slick. Leather feels nicer, but unles im rolling in a luxery car, id want the alcantera hookup in any sports car.
Leather sucks:
You slip around
Cold as hell in the winter
Hot as hell durning the summer. Your *** will get burned. Also you sweat like a **** too.
Much rather have cloth.
