Yea.. not in the BOX... I'm keeping that one....

was gonna put all 3 in my car.. but.... Didnt have enough money to complete it.. So getting rid of it... for school

I paid nearly 1500 for the two subs and box......

 

two 12 W7's are just way too much, what car did u have it in? what amp pushing it? are u selling the amp if u have one for the sub, i need a monoamp for a 12w6v2...pm me

Never had it Hooked Up.... I didnt have enough money to complete my SETUP!

Just decided to Keep 1 w7 and sell the other two.

 

man, is it me or does that box look wayyyy too small for those w7's.....IMO, w7's are a waste of money because they require too much power to push them and cost wayyy too much. For what i heard, 2 w6's would sound better and require less power and be cheaper. I have two 12" l7 solobarics in my eh hatch

Heh... Solobaric have NOTHING on W7... I had two 15" Solobaric L7 They are nothing Compared to 1 w7.

About the BOX.... Its the exact spec for the w7...

hahah yeah im aware of that but i got my whole system with two soundstream rubicons (1000 and 800) headunit and everything for the same price as one w7. im pretty happy with it. good luck on the sell

just because they're expensive and require a big amp, that doesnt mean they're a waste of money. they do sound good. if they sounded like an audiobahn sub that would be a different story.

i had a 12w7 powered by my xtant 1000 watt amp.. the jl could not hang. the bass response completely sucked. the 12w7 could not hit fast notes for ****. it would distort on higher frequency and faster notes.. then i got 2 audiobahn alums they really fukin blow.. then 2 infinity perfects which also suck. i had 2 10w3s that satisfied me more then any other subs. my little bro has 2 12w3v2s and the jl500 and it pounds.. my room mate had 3 12w6v2s in a dakota and it pounded. the w7 could keep up with the 3 12w6v2s as far as deepness and spl. as for accuracy the w6s owned. i would suggest the 10w7 over the 12w7. i am still waiting to hear the new subs i just purchased diamond audio mkII. i just have to wait for my amp to return... avoid the w7.. its so heavy makes your civic go slow. it is sloppy on higher fequency bass and cant handle quick bass hits. the w7 deeply depends on the box built for it.. i haad it in the rear firing jl box. if you turn the box away facing the rear you wouldnt hear the distortion.. the jl boxes suck. if you get the w7 get a custom vented box and dont think you can turn an amp all the way upand have the w7 eat it all up distortion kills subs. keep the gain low if you have a good 1000 watt amp

 

Maybe you should put them on Ebay and down grade. Your going to need a nice amp with even one W7. You can’t do car audio half way.
