JDM Conversion guys... Light adjustment...

Hey everybody, just had a question for the JDM conversion guys. For the guys with OEM HIDs, I heard that in Japan, the left light angles up and the right light angles down.. Can these be adjusted?

i dont have HID's but my left light is pointed more down and the right is pretty much pointed straight. i heard that you can adjust these by turning 2 round things (sort of like bolts) behind the projectors. tighten and loosen them i guess. well that was what i was told by this one guy.
