1996 Honda Civic Coupe EX blk 5spd

I've had this car for a year now. The reason i bought it is b/c my turboed civic was stolen last year so this was my replacement car. Since then my stolen civic was recovered and is running now. I really have no need for this car anymore. I have had no problems with this car.
Good:
Timing belt/water pump replaced at 9Xk
Brakes replaced 105k
Axles replaced 90k
New muffler 105k
Oil changed every 3-4k
no rust
no tranny grinds
idles perfect
a/c is excellent
mp3/cd player, 12" sub, mtx 280watt amp
Bad:
Has acouple small dings. (3 I believe)
One dent in rear (see pic below) was hit in a parking lot while i was in class
The front cup holder cover wont stay down

Everything is stock on this car. It has 111,XXX miles on it
