Ken @ I/O Port has been selling Autopowers for over a decade. If he doesn't know, he'll call AutoPower for you to find out. He did for me when I was concerned about the door bar design of the 6-point cage for the 2nd Gen CRX's (thinner map pocketed doors vs thicker seatbelt retractors in doors). But then it sounds as if you're probably looking at something used, so you figure out how to word the email...

I have a 6pt in my ED CRX, I've seen a 6pt. in an ED Civic (albeit ~10 years ago and I didn't have a tape measure), and I know the the Civic has more cabin headroom than a CRX. So more than likely the main hoop will be too tall for a CRX. In addition, since the Civic has a back seat and the rear bars are mounted to the wheel wells, they will also probably be too long.
