Default LS/VTEC with gsr headgasket?

i have a local guy here that said to use gsr headgasket for an ls/vtec. he claims he has done 3 of them. all the threads here show people using Ls headgaskets. i have them both, which one should i use???? btw i ordered the golden eagle dowel pins if that makes a difference

I used a ls head gasket with my swap. I am sure the only think the GE dowel pins do is make the swap less of a headack by needing to get the dowel pins drilled. As for if you can use the GSR gasket I dont know.
