Default might have too big of a turbo on my hands

well i just went home for thanksgiving from school...my turbo kit had come way before that but i couldnt get a look at cuz i was at school...(ful-race kit) i thought i had orderd a T3 with an 63 ar. but i got a monster .70 ar...i was wondering if this is going to be too big...but i am rebuilding my motor end of summer at school...so it be a good turbo then but for the time being i think it is just too big for only running 9 psi on a B16b ctr...any thoughts on this?

.70 A/R might be an alright choice for a high revving B18B.
