Default H&R race vs. Eibach Sportlines

I am currently sitting on Eibach Sportlines. They were better then the Neuspeed Greens, but I am looking for some thing stiffer able to hug the ground more. Has anyone ever tried the H&R race and sportlines? I hear the H&R has a better Spring Rate. I don't understand what that means, so any advice would greatly be appreciated.

The term spring rate is referring to the stiffness of the spring. I have the H&R race springs on my 5th gen. lowers the car 2.25" front and 2.0" in rear. IMO they give a nice firm ride, well I also have them combined with a set of KYB AGX. I really enjoy the setup, I can not tell you how they might compare to others on the market. I do not know what the spring rate is, I hope someone else might know

I have the Eibach sportlines on my 6th gen and i think they ride great...the drop looks good, rides smooth, and handles great...heres some pics of what it should look like with sportlines

I have the exact same setup you have, and I love it too. I used to run RS-R springs and the H&R's are firmer but not harsh by any means. It looks great with a very even drop.

I recommend the H&R's, because that's what I've always used. They have a good stiff spring rate, but the ride is still comfortable......

I currently have the sportlines with Koni Yellows and alot of body roll. This setup is is better than stock, but too much body roll.

I am going to give the H&R a try.

Thanks for all your help on this.

I just brought a pair of Used H&R race springs. They were for a 94 Prelude. The front fit fine, but the rear did not fit at all. They were too small for the rear.

The ride is exactly what I am looking for. Closer to the ground then the sportlines and and almost no body roll. H&R just in the front allowed me to handle sharper turns without much body roll.

I have AGX adjustable shocks in the front, but they are no longer adjustable. I ended up ripping the adjustment setting on the top while attempting to remove the old springs. AGX adjustables are poorly designed.

The car bounces on bumps here and there, but I can deal with that until I get the shocks. I am going with Koni Yellow's for the front, there a much better design. I already have them in the rear and they are very easy to install and adjust and work great.

I am sold. I am going to get the correct set of H&R Springs for my 94 accord and sell the H&R springs for $50

And they said a honda suspension could never feel like an Audi TT. I think H&R's come close.
