Default 92 Accord Cooling Part Help - fitting rusted off

The hose nipple that is on the throttle body to connect a u-shaped hose to the thermostat housing rusted off. Called Honda and they said that all that I can do is buy a $400-500 throttle body and that they did not sell the fitting by itself.

Are there any options to just replacing the fitting? I don't really want to buy a high dollar throttle body.

Thanks in advance.

You could pull the throttle body add tap the existing hole, and thread in a new nipple....one you could fab from a small piece of tubing and thread it with the corresponding die.

I thought of that - could be an option. I guess that there is no place to get a new nipple to slip in?
